With over 15 years in the healthcare sector, I bring extensive experience and a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from CNM. Let’s embark on this transformative journey to enhance your health together.

About Me!

My name is Nicola Keogh.

I have worked in the Healthcare sector as a Healthcare Assistant for over 15 years. I always ensured my patients got the best care in my presence, and I always encouraged healthy eating as a tool for good health and managing their symptoms. It was because of this that I decided to study nutrition, and then went on to complete my diploma as a Naturopathic nutritionist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I love helping clients manage their symptoms through good diet and lifestyle practices, and it is rewarding when I see how my plans work to help them manage their health issues better.

I am a mother and partner, and I enjoy seeing my family implement good nutrition and lifestyle practices into their daily living for optimal health status.

I am also very active in Crossfit training, and I love to run, walk in nature and take quality time out with my family.

My mission is to provide straightforward, science-backed nutrition and lifestyle advice, tailored to each individual client, delving into a person's health to help me treat the cause, not the symptom, taking into account the WHOLE patient.

With me, there is no "one size fits all" approach!

About The Consultations

INITIAL CONSULTATION

On making contact or booking with me I will do a free 10 minute call back to discuss your symptoms and schedule a booking for the Initial consultation, if not booked already.

Prior to the consultation, I will send you forms to fill out regarding your health status and medication/supplement review.

The consultation will take 1 hour, where I will gather information about your health history and nutrition and lifestyle habits.

I will then deliver a tailored plan over the next 24-48 hours, where I will spend 30 minutes going through the plan with you.

I give you 6 weeks then to work on the plan, with a weekly check-in correspondence to see how the plan is working out for you.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

The date for the follow-up consultation is arranged at the end of the Initial consultation. This is to ensure that a suitable slot is available to suit the client.

The follow-up is essential to ensure the plan is working for the client, and to investigate if changes need to be made to the plan.

It is important that there is no more than 6 weeks between both appointments in the instance of revising supplements, and no less than 4 weeks to give the plan time to take effect.

The follow-up will take 30 minutes, and will consist of a discussion of how the plan has been going for the client, and to discuss further available tests that I feel may be advisable at this time.

I will then deliver an updated plan for the client to follow from here on.

Services

Nicola was very professional and put me completely at ease. She spent a lot of time listening to my health concerns, and then asked questions regarding lifestyle and food. she was very thorough and even in the few days after the consultation, she asked a few more questions before giving me a very detailed plan, and talking me through that. I now feel empowered and feel that I can get on top of my health issues, and I am looking forward to trying out the plan and seeing how it works out for me. It is reassuring to know that I can reach out with any questions I might have as I go through the process..... Paula.

What can I help you with?

My training in college consisted of 3 years studying a wide range of health topics, therapies, medication used in both natural and conventional settings, and over 200 hours of clinical hours.

Naturopathy is a system of healthcare which encourages and promotes the body's own self-healing mechanisms, and I use this to assist in all areas of disease and illness.

Below are some of the most recognised client's issues I have worked with so far, and there is no health issue less important than others.
